Your Bridal Beauty Plan for a glowing skin in 30 days

You might be spending endless hours working out every last detail of your wedding day for a perfect celebration, while neglecting your bridal beauty routine.  No worries, here is the no-fail plan to get glowing skin in just 30 days. Whether you're the bride, a bridesmaid, or a guest, follow these steps to have
This desired glowing skin on the big Day

1. Don’t wait till the last minute to start your beauty routine:
Around the time that the RSVPS are being finalized, about 30 days before d- day, you should start pampering your skin. The more time you take to correct dull, tired looking skin, the better the result. If you’re correcting acne or more serious skin issues, you should work with a doctor at least 4 months ahead.

2. Don’t take risk by doing anything drastic:
Your ultimate beauty goal is to look like yourself, but better. Do not get carried away with invasive procedures to melt away all signs of aging: This is not the way to go. Not only do you risk having a bad reaction, you also are in danger of not looking like you.  Look like the beautiful person that your partner is expecting to walk down the aisle.

3. Exfoliate every other night:
A key step for a glowing skin is exfoliating, preferably before bed every other night leading up to the Day - D.  Not only does it combat dull-looking skin but significantly reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Stressful moments reduces our skin’s natural ability to shed these cells slows down. Exfoliation boosts the process and reveals more glowing and youthful skin.

4. Start a glow-inducing & lifting beauty care:
There are a lot of products on the market that promise glowing skin, but very few actually work. We recommend Coup d’Eclat lifting vials, developed by Asepta laboratories-Monaco in 1967, who are market leader in this field.
These natural face ampoules not only lift and brighten the face in 3 minutes, but are also a thorough treatment which hydrates, firms and regenerates as it is applied.  It should be used over 24 consecutive days before the Day-D, in the evening after a hard day, or in the morning to wake and tone your face, to maintain your skin and shield it from the harsh effects of modern life. On the big day, one ampoule will make the make-up artist work look better.

5. Start incorporating hydrating foods into your diet now!
No matter what skin type you have, your body craves water.  Drinking water is great, but eating foods that are naturally hydrating can do wonders for the complexion as well.  On day 30, try to start eating more watermelon, grapefruit, cucumbers, tomatoes and kale.  These hydrating food will help regulate your digestion and prevent stress-related bloating.

6. Plan this extra beauty sleep:
Planning a wedding isn’t always stress free, in fact according to a recent survey, of 500 engaged and newlywed couples, 7 out of 8 (that’s 96%) said wedding planning was stressful.  And for most of us, stress equals sleepless nights with a lot of tossing and turning.  While there is little to do to avoid the sleepless couple nights leading up to the wedding, you can store up on sleep now.  Schedule in lazy weekends, nap whenever you can, and say no social outing that may result in shortened rest.  You will have plenty of time to catch up with your loved ones on the big day. So, TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF, AND GET GLOWING.
